Most Easthope Studio jewellery is made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your piece to be made and dispatched.UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on destination.
Yes, we offer free UK shipping on orders over £40. Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout. Please make sure you select the correct shipping. If the wrong service is selected the cheapest option will be chosen, which may increase shipping times.
Yes, we ship jewellery worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Yes - once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes - simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout and include a gift message if you wish. Make sure to select gift wrapping options, and add message and I'll handwrite your message into the package.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Are Easthope Studio items refundable?
Because most Easthope Studio jewellery is made to order, we are unable to accept offer refunds for change of mind. This includes all glass jewellery pieces.
For hygeine reasons we cannot accept back any earrings.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair or replacement in line with your consumer rights. send this to easthope.studio@gmail.com
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Because most Easthope Studio pieces are made-to-order, including all glass and personalised items, we cannot accept returns or refunds for gift orders. This ensures each piece maintains its quality and uniqueness.
If you would like to exchange a gift, if it hasnt been worn or customised then please email.
Things to remember - please email before you send any items back to us, including the order number if possible. Include your email and address you would like the item sending to. To avoid any uncomfortable moments, we will avoid emailing the person who gave you the gift!
You are responsible for covering the postage - we recommend a 48hour tracked service. This must be well securely wrapped to prevent damage in transit.
CARE AND ADJUSTMENTS
Small shifts can sometimes occur during transit that affect how a clasp closes. This is common and usually easy to fix.
How to realign an earring clasp:
Hold the earring securely with clean hands.Check how the post meets the clasp.
Very gently bend the post a fraction upwards or downwards so it aligns correctly.
Close the clasp again and check for a soft click.Adjust only slightly if needed.
Please take care not to over-bend the post- small movements are usually all that’s required.
Contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the item and we will guide you through the next steps or advise on repair options.
MATERIALS AND SENSITIVE EARS
Workshops can be booked directly through our Workshops page. Spaces are limited and booking is confirmed once payment has been completed.
Workshop bookings are non-refundable, as materials and preparation are arranged in advance. I understand that things may happen so where possible, bookings may be transferred to another available date if sufficient notice is provided. Please let us know 7 days before.
Yes, gift cards can be used toward workshop bookings unless otherwise stated.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for the workshop booking.
GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS
Yes - Easthope Studio digital gift cards are available online and can be used across jewellery, workshops, and eligible products.
Yes, gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and the expiry date is included in the gift card email.
Yes, digital gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient’s email address with a personal message.
WORKSHOPS
Yes! All Easthope Studio earrings are made with high-quality, hypoallergenic metals:
18k gold-plated brass for gold-tone pieces
Rhodium-plated brass for silver-tone pieces
18k gold plate is as kind to your ears as solid gold.
We use rhodium plating instead of sterling silver because some people are sensitive to the alloys in sterling silver, which can cause irritation. Rhodium provides a smooth, protective layer that is gentle on the skin and highly durable.
If you have extreme sensitivity, we recommend trying one pair first. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, or water for the first 24 hours, and remove earrings before swimming or showering.
No. All Easthope Studio earrings are nickel-free, which is important for people prone to allergic reactions.
For sensitive ears, we have selected all our earrings to be made from 18k gold-plated brass (gold-tone)Rhodium-plated brass (silver-tone)Rhodium plating is particularly suitable because it avoids the alloys found in sterling silver that can cause reactions.
