FAQs
Easthope Studio FAQ
Avoid contact with liquids: Do not spray perfumes, apply creams, or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
Remove during certain activities: Always take off your jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising, and sleeping.
Proper storage: Store your pieces individually in the Easthope pouch to prevent them from rubbing together, scratching, or tangling.
By following these guidelines, you can keep your Easthope pieces looking their best.
What can I do if I lose an earring?
Losing an earring is more common than you might think. Fortunately, we offer singles or replacements for most of our pieces, ensuring your lonely earring can have a friend again!
Isn't glass too fragile for jewellery?
Our glass pieces undergo a hardening stage, making them surprisingly robust. However, they still require care and attention to maintain their appearance. Be cautious, as dropping them on a hard surface may cause them to break.

At Easthope Studio, we are committed to minimising waste and environmental impact:
- Made-to-Order: We craft each piece of jewellery upon order to avoid overstock and reduce waste.
- Recyclable Packaging: Our packaging materials are recyclable, ensuring minimal environmental footprint.
- Reuse of Materials: We incorporate deadstock vintage pieces and glass, which can be reused and recycled, reducing landfill waste.
We continuously explore eco-friendly practices to uphold our commitment to sustainability and reduce our carbon footprint. Glass is a wonderful material as it can be use and recycled infinitely without degrading. So even when projects or pieces go wrong, we can melt them down again and make new pieces with them.
