Shipping Policy

Free UK shipping on orders over £40 using tracked 48-hour services.

Please make sure you select the correct shipping region at checkout, including EU, USA, and the rest of the world. If the shipping cost differs from what’s shown, we’ll send an invoice.

UK Shipping

  • Royal Mail 48hr Tracked 

    • 2–5 days + handling 

    • Ideal for standard orders, but we recommend tracked shipping for orders over £50

    • We cannot be held responsible for untracked orders that don’t arrive, but we’ll do everything we can to help. We are not only using a tracked service.

International Shipping

  • Tracked shipping only (approx. 1–2 weeks, up to 3 weeks depending on location & customs)

  • We aim to keep costs reasonable while ensuring parcels can be tracked

  • For faster delivery or a specific date, select the appropriate option at checkout

  • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT OPTION FOR YOUR NEEDS!

Handling & Processing

  • We’re a small, one-person studio, so at busy times pick, pack, and post may take up to 5 days

  • Custom or special orders can take up to 2 weeks to make and dispatch

  • We always aim to get your Easthope pieces to you as quickly as possible
