Refund policy

At Easthope Studio, everything we create is made with care and intention — and we truly want you to love your piece. To help minimise disappointment (and our impact on the environment), most of our jewellery is made to order, meaning it’s created especially for you once your order is placed.

This slower approach allows us to reduce waste, work more sustainably, and ensure each piece is made thoughtfully rather than in bulk. During busier periods, this can take up to 14 days, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Because each piece is made just for you, we don’t offer refunds and all sales are final. However, we’re always happy to arrange an exchange if something isn’t quite right.

No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email us straight away at Sarah@easthope-studio.com and we’ll happily arrange a replacement.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Made-to-order & sample sale items
Custom-made, made-to-order and sample sale pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
This includes all glass items.

Product details
We include detailed information on sizing, materials and finishes within each product description. Please take time to read these before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept exchanges due to a change of mind or where product information hasn’t been reviewed. If you’re unsure about sizing, we always recommend measuring first.

How to request an exchange
Email us at Sarah@easthope-studio.com to arrange an exchange.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives back safely.

Workshops & Tickets

Private workshop bookings
These are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We can offer one reschedule per booking due to studio planning.

Workshop tickets
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, please give at least one week’s notice if you’d like us to try and transfer your place — this isn’t guaranteed.
No-shows or same-day cancellations cannot be refunded or transferred.

Handcrafted pieces
As everything is handmade in-studio, small variations in colour, size or finish may occur. This is part of the beauty of handmade work and makes each piece unique.
