Join us for an evening of making at our Beaded or Charm Necklace Workshop on Thursday 27th August at English Bridge Workshops, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6AD.
You can choose to make either a beaded necklace or a charm necklace, selecting from a range of beads, charms and materials to create your own unique piece.
No experience is needed and all materials are included. We’ll guide you through the process, helping you create a necklace to take home and wear.

Explore our extensive bead bar, featuring handmade Murano glass beads, rescued vintage pearls, gold-plated charms, and one-of-a-kind finds to create a necklace that’s totally your own.
CHARM NECKLACE
Pick your favourite chain, choose from a huge range of charms, and even learn how to make your own bead charms.

Take some time to slow down and immerse yourself in a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere within our calm gallery space. In a small group, you’ll learn new skills and discover the Easthope glass-making process, working with a mix of vintage, handmade, and rescued materials. You’ll receive clear instructions and guidance throughout the workshop, while also having the freedom to experiment and create your very own necklace or bracelet exactly as you imagine it. Designed to be beginner-friendly, the session gives you as much support or independence as you like, so you can enjoy the process, learn something new, and leave with a piece you’ll truly treasure.

Please note materials may vary as I try to keep stock limited and therefore always new. Have a look at the photos for examples of what you can make, but please note charms and beads may vary or differ from the photos. :)
What to Bring
Reading glasses if you use them, the work can be fiddly - Your creative spirit and willingness to try something new - An extra layer or warm jumper - It can be a little chilly and I want you to be comfortable!

By Car - Local Parking - There are some parking spaces available at EBW - with the closest car park being the NCP, or St Julians (which is free after 6pm)
By Train - English Bridge Workshops is a 20 minute walk from the Train station - follow the route here
